I have been meaning to send you photos of my 1 winged pigeon "Birdie" and his apartment.
Notice all [the] perches. He follows them on the inside to get to his upper bedroom (shoe box) or on the outside to get to his penthouse (which he prefers)
Due to his handicap (1 wing) he (or she) sometimes takes a dive off the penthouse. I now have rocks set up along the side of the cage - so he
jumps up the stairs to the proper level and follows the rocks to the cage opening.
